Order Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Bhatkal, Karnataka, within 1-2 business days.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We do not ship on Sundays or on national and state public holidays.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on a Sunday (like today) or after business hours on a Saturday will be processed on the next business day (i.e., Monday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and an SMS notification with the tracking details.

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with some of India's most reputable courier services, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, and others. The choice of courier partner is based on your delivery location's serviceability.

Estimated Time of Delivery

The delivery time depends on your location. The following are our estimated timelines after your order has been dispatched:

  • Within Karnataka: 2 - 4 business days

  • Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, etc.): 3 - 5 business days

  • Tier II & III Cities: 5 - 8 business days

  • North-East India & Remote Areas (J&K, Andaman & Nicobar): 7 - 12 business days

Disclaimer: Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, strikes, or other disruptions to the courier service.

Shipping Costs

We strive to make our shipping policy as affordable as possible.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders with a total value of ₹999 or more.

  • Standard Shipping: For prepaid orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for most locations on orders up to ₹5,000. A standard handling fee of ₹100 will be applied to all COD orders.

The final shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you make your payment.

 

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track its journey in two ways:

  1. Email & SMS: Click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation notification.

  2. Website: You can also visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website and enter your Order ID or AWB number to get real-time updates.

 

Important Notes

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pincode and a mobile number. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Receiving Your Package: When you receive your order, please inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting it.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it from the courier. We also highly recommend taking an unboxing video of your package as proof in case of any claims regarding damaged or missing items. Please report any such issues to our customer care team at care@tohfajewels.in within 24 hours of delivery.
